Recycle/Re-use a DT card for HM&FMC!

Hello House Mouse Lovers all over the world,
it's Monday and time for a new HM&FMC.
Beth is our hostess this time and the theme she has chosen is:
Recycle...let's see anything from your house or your crafty stash used!!
Use up all those crafty scraps...or boxes...or containers hanging around the house!!

Remember that you also have the "ANYTHING GOES" option, so have fun creating with a House-Mouse Designs(R) House-Mouse Friends, Happy Hoppers, or, Gruffies.

For sponsor and prize please visit the HM&F blog.

I have made a male Birthday card using this cute Gruffie Bear.
The image is called  'Bear-ied in Paperwork'.

At the moment I feel I have much in common with this little busy Bear.

The items I've recycled are some wrapping paper and a button.

A look at the backside of the card.

I hope you'll join in the challenge, if you need some inspiration
please visit the HM&F blog and take a look at the projects
my talented teamies have made this time.

New, new, a DT card for HM&FMC!

Hello House Mouse lovers and Happy New Year to you!

We are ready with our first 2017 challenge.

With the start of a new year the challenge theme is almost given by itself,
 we'll start with the theme:

New, new, new!
It can be new goodies, new technique, new baby, new home,
just name what's NEW in your creation.

We are sponsored by our lovely teams America and Sue.

America will be giving this gorgeous

 Jelly Bean Cling Stamp

and Sue Drees will be giving away this super cute

'Say Cheese' Cling Stamp to a lucky winner too!

We are happy to be back after break, and hope you will join us for this
fun challenge.  The design team has some great examples for your inspiration.
Head on over to the challenge blog and check them out.

My niece gave birth to a little baby boy on the first day in the new year.
Such a lovely start on 2017!

So my 'New' card is made for this little one wishing him welcome.

I do not know the name of this stamp, I have borrowed
it from a friend and forgotten to write down what it's called.
But It's cute for sure.

Papers are from Echo Park, pearls, charm and ribbon are from my stash.

The text inside is a clear stamp from LOTV.

A quick made backside with my personal stamp.

A and B are for.....!

Good morning & Happy New Year everyone!

welcome back to the ABC Christmas Challenge!

We have, of course, gone right back to the start of the alphabet...
and are easing you in gently with two super easy themes:

'A is for Anything Goes'

'B is for Something Beginning with B'

(Just don't forget the Christmas theme!)

As you will (hopefully!) have seen last month, we're changing things up a little this year, and will have one challenge post each obviously there will be more than one letter for each challenge, but also more time for you to play along!

You can play along with one or all of the themes for the month...combine them if you can still also enter as many projects as you like each month  and combine our challenge with as many other challenges as you wish to  - we just want to help you prepare for next Christmas and have some fun (and perhaps win one of the fabulous prizes from our generous sponsors!) the way!

Our sponsors for this challenge are:

Prize $12 gift card to the shop at

One lucky winner will receive a £10 gift voucher

There's also a little prize from Helen too...a couple of Docrafts Christmas stamps:

For my first Christmas card in 2017, I've used an image from House Mouse
combined with papers from Maja Design; with other words my cardmaking
continues in the same track as in 2016 LOL!

For the shape of the card I have used a die from Go Kreate
and distressed the edges of the paper.

The word 'Juleklem' means 'Christmas hugs', it's cut out in some glittery foam
with a die from Kort og Godt. The flowers are a mix of brands from different shops.

The card is similar with this card from December 2016.

Sidste julekort i 2016!

Y and Z at ABC Christmas Challenge!

We have another fun ABC Christmas Challenge starting today...Samantha
is the host and the themes are:
Yes...that's right, we have two themes for this challenge!

'Y is for Yikes!' & 'Z is for Zoom!'

Yikes only a few weeks left so I am gonna make 10 cards the same!
Zoooooom! Zooming around on skis or Skates or in a car/truck
 to buy your Christmas tree...
After seven trips through the alphabet, we're changing things up in 2017, and are breaking you all in gently with a practice run for the last challenge this year. We will still be using the alphabet as the inspiration for our challenges, but will be switching to a monthly challenge, so each month will have more than one theme. You can use either or all of the themes..make a project for both or combine them in one...the choice is yours! Remember that we do not have a limit on the number of times you can enter each of our challenges, or the number of challenges you can combine with ours! Our challenges will start on the first Wednesday of each month, and will end on the last day of the month, so you'll have plenty of time to play along! We will also continue to have lots of fabulous prizes on offer...with multiple winners each month!

Since my pile of Christmas cards are looking bad, I went for the:
Yikes only a few weeks left so I am gonna make 10 cards the same!

I copied a card I found  in the latest edition of the  magazin
'Ett Trykk', it's made by Else Irene.

The die with the word 'Juleklem' (Christmas hugs) is from Kort og Godt
and I've cut it out in some foam, not easy to tell from the pic!

All cards are made with the same desing, some with hearts and bling........

and some with snowflakes and pearls!

Easy to make and cheap to send by mail!

Our sponsor for this challenge is East Wind:
Prize - 3 Digital Images!

No challenges for my cards since the idea isn't mine!
But what a pleasure to change my Christmas card counter  36  46 😊
